What we have actually done, and what a typical move can look like

Chayce Properties was founded in 2026, so this page is short and we want it to stay honest. Each item below is labelled by what it is, so you can tell client experience from illustration.

Client stories

Moves Chayce coordinated, from packing and removals to a full relocation including finding the new home.

Finding a smaller home and relocating, with the children living abroad

Client story · Platinum Bespoke
SituationHenry and Sofia were getting older and living in a large house that had become more than they needed. Their children had moved to another country, so there was no family nearby to help with a move.
What they neededHelp with the whole move, starting with finding a smaller, more manageable home.
How Chayce helpedThey contacted Chayce, which helped them find a smaller home and then coordinated the full relocation under the Platinum Bespoke package.
OutcomeAfter the move, the couple were happy in their new home and wanted to stay.

Packing, removals and cleaning once the sale was done

Client story · Bronze Essentials
SituationMargaret had already sold her home and secured her new property, but the thought of packing, coordinating removals and leaving the house clean was becoming overwhelming.
What she neededShe did not need someone to manage the sale or find her a property. She wanted the physical move handled properly.
How Chayce helpedChayce organised the packing, removals and cleaning, taking the physical workload away and leaving her free to focus on the move itself.
OutcomeMargaret could move into her new home without spending weeks dealing with boxes, lifting furniture or coordinating several different providers.

Downsizing from a home of more than 30 years

Client story · Silver Comfort
SituationDavid and Anne were downsizing from the family home they had lived in for more than 30 years. They had already decided where they were moving, but the number of things that needed organising quickly became too much.
What they neededSomeone to take responsibility for the moving process rather than simply provide a removal van.
How Chayce helpedTheir coordinator managed the packing, removals, cleaning, utility transfers and the practical details around moving day.
OutcomeInstead of coordinating several companies themselves, they had one person overseeing the move from preparation through to arrival.

A family arranging a long-established home move with full support

Client story · Platinum Bespoke
SituationRobert’s family wanted to make his move as easy as possible. He was leaving a long-established family home, had a large amount of belongings to sort through and needed considerable support before, during and after the move.
What the family neededThey were not looking for individual services. They wanted one team to coordinate the entire transition.
How Chayce helpedChayce created a bespoke plan covering preparation of the home, sorting, packing, relocation, cleaning, setup and ongoing support after the move.
OutcomeThe family had a single team coordinating the transition, while Robert could focus on settling into his new home rather than managing the logistics.

“We had lived in the same house for more than three decades, so the thought of deciding what came with us was much harder than we expected. It wasn't really about packing boxes — it was deciding what to keep, what to pass on and what we could finally let go of. Chayce helped us create a realistic plan around the move, rather than trying to do everything at once. That made the whole process feel much more manageable.”

Silver Comfort clients · Silver Comfort

“My brother and I live in different parts of the country, while Mum was still living alone in the family home. We knew a move would eventually make sense, but coordinating everything from a distance felt impossible. Chayce helped us break the process into manageable stages, from preparing the house to planning the move itself. For the first time, everyone knew what was happening and when.”

A Gold Prestige family · Gold Prestige

“After so many years in the same house, we knew the next move would be different, but we hadn't worked out exactly what we wanted from it. We used our consultation to talk through the type of home we were looking for, what we actually used in our current house and what the move would involve. Rather than rushing into a decision, we came away with a clearer picture of what the next chapter could look like.”

A Discovery client · Discovery Consultation

Example scenario

Example scenario · illustrative, not a real client

A couple in their seventies are moving from a four-bedroom family home to a two-bedroom bungalow. They have not yet decided how much help they need.

They would typically begin with a Discovery Consultation (£150) to agree what the move involves and which package fits. If the main need is sorting, packing and a managed move, Silver Comfort (from £1,850) is the package built around that kind of move; if the sale and legal side also need coordinating, Gold Prestige (from £3,250) adds it. The final price depends on the scope agreed.

Talk through your own move

A Discovery Consultation is the simplest way to start: one hour, in person or by phone, ending with a plan, timeline and budget.
