These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chayce Properties website and the relocation services described on it. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Chayce Properties provides full-service relocation support for senior clients across the UK, including packing, removals, estate agent liaison, legal coordination, storage and post-move settling-in support, as set out on our packages page. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed with you individually, typically following a Discovery Consultation.
Booking details, pricing and payment terms for your relocation are confirmed directly with you in your individual service agreement before work begins.
All removals carried out by Chayce Properties are fully insured. Full details of coverage are provided in your service agreement.
Cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
While we take great care in every relocation we manage, Chayce Properties’ liability is limited to what is set out in your individual service agreement and applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
