In short: Chayce Properties is a Northampton-based later-life moving service that arranges moves across the UK. Packages start from £995 for packing and removals, and rise to a fully bespoke relocation from £6,500. If you are not sure what you need, the simplest first step is the Discovery Consultation (£150): one hour, in person or by phone, ending in a plan, timeline and budget. Package prices are “from” prices; the final price depends on the scope agreed with you.
Every package builds on the one below it, so moving up a tier doesn’t mean a different kind of service — it means we take more of the process off your hands, from the physical move itself in Bronze Essentials through to viewings, staging and legal coordination in Gold Prestige and Platinum Bespoke. If you’re not sure where your own move sits on that scale, that’s exactly what the Discovery Consultation is for, and there’s no obligation to book anything further once you’ve had it.
If you mainly need the physical move handled, Bronze Essentials is usually enough. Want someone coordinating the whole move for you? Silver Comfort adds that. If your move also involves staging, legal coordination or other higher-touch support, Gold Prestige may still be the better fit.

If they mainly want sorting, packing and a managed move, Silver Comfort (from £1,850) is the package built for that; if they also need the sale and legal side coordinated, Gold Prestige (from £3,250) adds it.
