Moving into a retirement village, retirement apartment or bungalow usually means fitting a lifetime of belongings into a much smaller space, often by a fixed completion or move-in date. Chayce Properties helps you decide what comes with you, packs and moves it safely and sets the new home up so it feels familiar from day one.
We plan the move around the rules and timings of your new community, including delivery windows and lift or parking restrictions, and coordinate with your estate agent and solicitor where you are selling. If family live far away, they can be involved by phone or video without having to take time off to manage the move.
We are based in Northampton and help people move into retirement housing across the UK. A Discovery Consultation, from £150, produces a personalised plan; packing and removals start at £995, and full-service moves with a dedicated coordinator start from £1,850.
We do not recommend or sell retirement properties. We help with the move itself, so the decision about where to live stays entirely yours.
