A local team for moves in Northamptonshire, and a nationwide service beyond it
Based in Northampton
Chayce Properties is based on Kingsthorpe Road in Northampton, so a move in the town or elsewhere in Northamptonshire is coordinated by people who know the area. Whether you are leaving a family home in Kingsthorpe, Duston or Abington, or moving into a smaller property or retirement development nearby, we plan the whole move around you.
Most of our local clients are downsizing after many years in one home. We help you decide what to keep, sell or pass on, pack with care, arrange the removal, liaise with your estate agent and solicitor, and help you settle in at the other end. One dedicated coordinator looks after the whole journey, so you and your family are not juggling several separate companies.
We also cover the wider East Midlands and surrounding counties, including Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley, Rugby, Market Harborough, Milton Keynes and Bedford, with easy road links to London, Oxford, Cambridge and the rest of the country via the M1 and A14.
Our office is at Unit F2B Barratt House, Kingsthorpe Road, Northampton NN2 6EZ, open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30. Call 07708 925432 or email info@chayceproperties.com to arrange a visit or a phone consultation.
